Our candles are handcrafted using 100% soy wax and premium fragrance oils. Please follow proper candle safety and burning instructions included with each product.

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier performance and location.

Please review our Return Policy for more information about returns, exchanges, and refund eligibility. Maine Glow Candle Co. reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet stated conditions.

SECTION 5 – PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Promotional codes, offers, and discounts cannot be combined unless specifically stated. Our discounted candle bundles or seasonal gift sets are not eligible for additional discounts.

We reserve the right to cancel or alter any promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or misuse.

SECTION 6 – COMPETITIONS & GIVEAWAYS

From time to time, we may run promotional giveaways or contests. By entering, you agree to the following terms:

  • Open to U.S. residents only (unless otherwise stated)

  • One entry per person per contest

  • Employees and immediate family members are not eligible

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Winners will be selected at random and contacted via the email provided

  • Failure to respond within 7 days may result in forfeiting the prize
